Social Emotional Art Tool Kit

This workshop will provide participants with the social emotional arts tools for self-care and for living in community and supporting others.

Participants will gain skills with art tools to maintain healthfulness that is essential to holistic and effective care for others in professional and personal communities.  

This one-and-done workshop is two hours and lead by Jennifer Tehani Sarreal, who has facilitated social emotional arts trainings for organizations and institutions along the west coast and internationally. Her programs are developed from social emotional arts at UCLArts and Healing, human relations education facilitation at the National Conference for Community and Justice (NCCJ), California State University Long Beach’s Multicultural Affairs and her own research - including movement meditations around the world for the Spirit Dance Method.  Tehani has presented on social emotional arts, world dance and the healing performance arts in over a dozen countries.
