Description
Puppets! With Victoria Wills
This summer we’ll discover the magic of shadow puppetry as we create our own shadow theaters and their resident puppets.
Learn about the origins of shadow puppetry and the folk tales they share and make up your own stories for your own puppet show.
Then we expand into the world of GIANT PUPPETS. We’ll learn to use paper maché to create a moveable creature while also learning how to create a character and personality for the puppet you bring to life.
This class culminates with a celebratory informal puppet show.
